Yes, we offer refunds up to 14 days before the event. Please contact our support team to process your refund. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

The event will be held at Fairmont Hotel Vancouver.

Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue. We have both self-parking and valet options. 

We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Please inform us of any special dietary needs when you purchase your ticket, or contact our event planning team at least one week before the event to ensure we can make the necessary arrangements.
